The Vacancies:

 

CHEF DE CUISINE

Male, preferred Diploma 3 or higher from accredited culinary college or university

Have minimum 5 years of experience in similar supervisory position in 5 star hotel, cruise ship or high profile restaurant. Job experience must have been acquired within the last five years in high volume operation of at least 500 meals per service.

2ND CHEF DE CUISINE

Male, preferred Diploma 3 or higher from accredited culinary college or university
Have minimum 3 years of experience in similar supervisory position in 5 star hotel, cruise ship or high profile restaurant. Job experience must have been acquired within the last three years in high volume operation of at least 500 meals per service

 

SUSHI CHEF

Male, preferred Diploma 3 or higher from accredited culinary college or university
Have minimum 2 years of experience in similar position in 5 star hotel, cruise ship or high profile restaurant . Job experience must have been acquired within the last two years in high volume operation of at least 500 meals per service.

 

DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE

Male, preferred Diploma degree or higher from accredited culinary college or university
Have minimum 2 years of experience in similar position in 5 star hotel, cruise ship or high profile restaurant . Job experience must have been acquired within the last two years in high volume operation of at least 500 meals per service

 

COMMIS LIDO (URGENT!)

Male, preferred diploma degree or higher from accredited culinary college or university has at least 2 years experience as Commis in a premium class restaurant or a hotel (preferred 5 star) or a cruise ship with minimum 100 meals per service, have at least 1 year of experience in making Sushi & other Pan Asian Cuisine.

DINING SERVICE ATTENDANT

Male or Female, D1 hotel or higher, with minimum 6 months experience (job training included) or below D1 with minimum 1 year experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a qualified hotel or a high profile restaurant.

 

FINE DINING WAITRESS

Female, D1 hotel or higher preferred, minimum 1 year experience as a Fine Dining Waitress or Butler in a hotel (minimum 3 star) or or in a high profile restaurant serving international guests. Applicants from other hospitality industry (Hostess, Flight Attendants,etc.) will be considered.

 

LAUNDRY ATTENDANT

Male, high school graduate, has at least 6 months Laundry experience in a 4/5 star hotel or qualified commercial laundry.

 

HK HANDYMAN

Male, high school graduate, has at least 1 year work experience as engineering or repair & maintenance staff in a hotel/ hospital/ office building.

 

HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

Male or Female, high school graduate, has at least 6 months experience (job training included) in Housekeeping department in a 4/5 star hotel.

 

Sailor OS (skill interview in Jakarta)

Male, high school graduate, has at least 1 contract experience with similar position

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Good command of English.

Physically and mentally fit.

Minimum age 21 years old.

Minimum high school graduates.

Latest job experience should not be more than 2 years ago.
